The 3rd edition of Trainees Program is getting started

On December 1st, we officially opened the application period for the 3rd edition of the Trainee Program.

This program is aimed at recent graduates in one of the business areas (Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, among others) or in a technological area (Informatics, Management Informatics, Informatics Engineering, Engineering, Industrial Management, among others).

Applications must be sent to trainees@smartconsulting.pt until February 15th and the recruitment process involves a group dynamic, an individual interview with the Human Resources and an interview with the Management team.

The offer is composed of three structural challenges: the business side, team and customer management and recruitment. Contact with the market is fundamental, so commercial skills are valued.

Soft-skills play a decisive role in selecting the members of this team. It is still crucial to have good time management skills, stress resistance and communicational aptitude beyond barriers.

Training is an integral part of this program and, therefore, it is not mandatory to have experience in similar functions or knowledge in Information Technology.

The selection process is completed on February 28th and on March 1st the training phase will begin.
