Exame magazine elected us recently as one of the best companies to work in Portugal.

Why? Our policy focus on “Get the best ones and keep them here” says our Human Resources Manager, Ana Costa Branco, in interview with Exame magazine. How we do it? “There are several retention strategies followed by our company as a consultancy of Computer Engineering and Telecomunications”. All of these strategies have the same focus: keep our employees happy and passionate about what they do, give them the chance of growing and building a career with constant training and development.

From surprises in breakfast time, to fun meetings, we keep our employees close by and in communication with our teams in the office so that we can decrease our turnover. The company has also growth a lot: “we were 50 in january 2015 and we have reached 100 people in the end of that year”, says Ana to conclude the interview.
