Smart Consulting launches disruptive app

By the end of the year Smart Consulting, a Portuguese IT consulting company, will launch an app for its candidates and employees. The functionalities will be customized for each audience.

Each candidate that visits our offices will be invited to download our app to their smartphones.

“We are a technological company. This is a wonderful way to keep in touch with our candidates. Besides, this is innovative in Portugal and at Smart we are used to being different and disruptive within the Portuguese market”, says Rui Neves, CEO of Smart Consulting.

The access can be done via Facebook, LinkedIn, Google + or by creating a new user. The app will allow the candidates to receive push notifications about new job offers and share them on their networks. Each time a new content is uploaded they will also receive that information.

Rui Neves also explains that “each time a candidate likes one of our new job offer we can synchronize their like with their profile on our system and check if we have a match”.

Through this user-friendly app, Smart employees will have the chance to access all the functionalities of Smart’s intranet and be able to schedule their vacations on the subway or during a business trip to Brussels, for example.

“We want the best for our employees and we are confident this app is a step forward to reach an effective and simplified time management. Besides the intranet functionalities, through this app our collaborators will be able to forward Smart’s job offers and have direct access to the uploaded content which they will be then able to share on Facebook or LinkedIn”, explains Rui Neves.
