The Smart Ambassador Program is a pioneer project in Portugal which allow students to have their first contact with the enterprise world. They have also an important role as Smart spokesmen/women at the universities, spreading the word about our company to the other students.

The main purpose of the initiative, that is starting now its 3rd edition, is to create a network of ambassadors to promote our values and Career Opportunities in their (University) community.

These group of students have also several fun activities promoted by Smart such as dinners, photography sessions, afternoon meetings, chill outs and also access to all our annual workshops for free.

Besides, this means as great opportunity to have some consultancy about several issues the students will have to face while they’re looking for their first job. For instance, they will be helped with the creation of their CV, their LinkedIn account and profile; will be able to practice their work interviews with our HR, among other things.

All Smart Ambassadors are also invited to watch the daily routines of our work day and all the company procedures implemented.

We are currently looking for all of you that can fit Smart inspirations and values and most of all for all of you that love a really good challenge. If you enjoy to be pushed continuously this opportunity is for you.
